Prior to joining Unitalen, Mr. Li has been working in the IP department of a high-tech Group as an in-house patent attorney responsible for various patent-related affairs involving telecommunication technology, display technology, computer technology, and semiconductor technology. He experted in tech-mining for large R&D projects, as well as establishing patent portfolios all around the world. With deep understanding of the importance of patents in enterprise execution, he initiated and was in charge of many investigations for patents and industrial chains to help the board making crucial decisions for . 

After joining Unitalen, Mr. Li has accumulated a lot of experience in handling hundreds of patent related works in electric/electronic field. Mr. Li has several original ideas and deep understanding on handling patent application through PCT. In recent years, Mr. Li has gained remarkable reputation for his work of helping many leading enterprises with patent infrigement litigations and invalidations, which effectively protects ligitimate rights and interests of these clients in patent affairs and promotes their market competitiveness. FUrthermore, with the development of innovation in China, Mr. Li started providing consulting services for many industry associations, enterprises and govement departments, including offering patent analysis and consulation reports which give essential references to the relevant decisions. 

With his rich practical experiences and academic accumulations, Mr. Li has published a lot of articles in many professional journals like "Electronic Intellectual Property", "Chinese Invention and Patent", "Chinese Trademark", "China Intellectual Property", etc. Mr. Li also gets involved in establishing legal practice courses in various indestry trainings and unversities, devoting himself to promote public awareness and operation skills of intellectual property.
