Mr. Yao had engaged in R&D work in a well-known high-tech manufacturing enterprise before engaging in intellectual property work, and accumulated some practical production experience.

Since joining Unitalen in 2013, Mr. Yao has already dealt with a large number of applications involving Functional materials and devices, semiconductor devices, electronic circuits, communications, etc., and has been responsible for responding to office actions, accumulated lots of experience in practice of patent applications. In addition, Mr. Yao has certain experience in team management.
